Hi, my name is Amy Francis. I am a blessed wife, mom of 3, and Mimi to 5. I’ve lived in Ohio my whole life and moved to Sidney in 1989, where I raised my family. I worked as an aerospace engineer and project manager and continued my education by earning a Master’s Degree in Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University. After years of working hard and playing hard, I was fortunate to take early retirement.

In retirement, I’ve been given the wonderful opportunity to join the Hill family and the family of businesses that Paula Hill and Zach Hill have created. I serve as office manager and personal assistant, helping with everything from finances to projects to contracts and everything in between. I bring a background in project engineering, financial strategy, business operations, and customer service to this growing business, and I love meeting and helping the wonderful people of Sidney and the surrounding communities.
